For your safety and security, SmashBotAI does NOT have access to your private keys. This is as good a time as any to also remind you when using any tools or services:

We simply create a wallet address for you to use with our bot. We prioritizes user security by employing AES256 encryption, one of the most robust encryption standards available. This ensures that any data exchanged between users and our bot remains confidential and protected from potential breaches.
It's always a good practice to transfer in for your trading, and transfer back to your main wallet once done!

1. How do I withdraw my sol from my SmashBotAI Wallet?
Type /wallet, then click on 1 of 2 buttons, Withdraw All SOL or Withdraw X SOL. Follow the instructions
2. How do I export my SmashBotAI private key?
You will need to have a phantom, solflare, metamask wallet first before proceeding. You can download the plugin extension for Chrome or Firefox.
Start by typing /wallet to get to your wallet. Once there click on Export Private Key, Confirm you want to and copy your private key.
Take that key and import the private key into your phantom, solflare or metamask wallet.
3. How do I import my own wallet to SmashBotAI ?
WARNING! this will remove the current wallet you have created, please backup the private key, and or remove all funds from it, you cannot recover this unless you have the private key!
Click Import Private Key and follow the prompts. Paste your private key in and your done!
4. I accidentally sent usdc/usdt or other tokens to my SmashBotAI Wallet. How do I recover it
Your tokens are safe and sound, but you will have to export your wallet to phantom, solflare, or metamask to manually retrieve them.
You can also use the bots wallet token import feature, and import the tokens as new positions so that you can sell them directly! Learn about token Import
5. Token not found?
Tokens must be a sol - pair and they must have been listed on raydium, orca, and there needs to be a jupiter route available to swap a token. Be sure to make sure you have the correct token address, and it meets SmashBotAI's requirements for token pairs.
6. Route not found or does not exists?
If you see a route was not found, do not panic or panic, this happens from time to time, retry your transaction. Sometimes liquidity pools get to low, and jupiter routes cannot be found. Once the LP recovers, routes can be found again. This could also mean your token was rugged.
7. How do I sell my tokens?
Type /start or /home and then press the Sell & Manage button. Click on the position you would like to sell. There will be 4 buttons to choose from. Click any of those to sell the amount you desire. This is in percentages.
You can get a swap fail error if you do not have enough sol in your account (.005 min). Associated token accounts cost .002 SOL currently to create.
8. Keep getting swap failed ?
This could be a number of reasons.
- Check your SOL Balance, in order to perform transactions, you have to have sol in your account.
- Check that Solana is not congested
- Check that your trading a token that SmashBotAI supports
- Adjust your slippage
- Make sure the token has not rugged
9. How do I change slippage?
Type /start or /home, then press on the Settings button. You will see SLIPPAGE CONFIG, adjust it to whatever preferences you desire. If there is high volatility in a token, it is recommended to raise the slippage.
10. Rugged token?
A rugged token on the Solana blockchain refers to a unique phenomenon where a token's price suddenly collapses due to a lack of liquidity, often triggered by a sudden sell-off or insufficient trading volume to support its market value. This occurrence typically arises in decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems where liquidity pools may be shallow or unevenly distributed among different tokens. Unlike more established tokens with deep liquidity and stable trading environments, rugged tokens can experience drastic price fluctuations or even become virtually worthless within a short period. The Solana blockchain, known for its high throughput and low transaction costs, can facilitate rapid trading and price discovery, which may exacerbate the rugged token phenomenon if trading volumes are not sustained or market dynamics change abruptly.

SmashBotAI does not allow multiple wallets. Let me tell you why...
You can export your wallet, or even import a different wallet! No need to hassle with 100 different wallets , when you can import and export wallets whenever you would like!
14. My transactions always fail or keep failing?
Make sure you have at least .005 SOL in your wallet. Make sure your have adjusted your slippage properly, and that the Solana network is not highly congested. If you continue to experience issues with no resolve, please contact a mod.
